— You will manage a multi-million dollar regionof existing business with primary responsibilities for relationship management and new business development.
— BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience. 2-3 years of Sales or Account Management experience in the Food or Flavorings industry. Experienceselling value-added ingredients and supply chain solutions into the food manufacturing, bakery, food distribution, and/or food service markets is preferred. Working knowledge of flour/grain milling operations and corresponding functional applications of food ingredients is a plus. Abilityto develop target account strategies, monitor and report on market competition, review and develop product price lists, develop and maintain technical knowledge of new product offerings. Strong relationship building skills, strategic planning, and analytical thinking. Excellent time and territory management skills with the ability to work independently. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong competitive drive, enthusiasm, and a passion to succeed. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to travel up to 50%.
