Planning, Policy, and Investor Relations: .Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team. .Participate with the board of directors to develop the short and long-term strategic planning for the company. .Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, public officials, etc .Support the sales and marketing teams. .Work with the project managers on ways to increase profitability.

  • monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. .Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns. .Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. .As an employee-owned company; Serve as Stock Program Administrator, ensure that the stock records are updated and maintained accurately with the required communication.

  • .Establish credit policies for customers and work with major vendors to achieve more favorable payment terms.


  • Qualifications: The CFO will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 12-15
  • years of broad finance experience, ideally beginning in audit, followed by
  • experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable
  • recommendations to senior leadership. S/he will ideally have experience
  • managing finance (accounting, budgeting, control, risk and reporting) and
  • knowledge of Deltek's CostPoint 7 for a company of the company's size and
  • complexity. The CFO will have the following experience and attributes: .Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, a CPA and/or MBA would be a plus. .At least five years' experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably in an
  • organization with a budget of at least $10 million. .Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial
  • management strategies. .Significant experience in or knowledge of forecasting financial performance, pricing products and services, strengthening operations, identifying new markets, improving margins, as well as assessing and monitoring risks. .Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages. .Experience in risk recognition, assessment, mitigation and management.

Job conditions:

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial
  • matters including risk management, liquidity, and capital structure of the
  • company and its affiliated organizations. The CFO will report to and work
  • closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, s/he will partner
  • with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement
  • strategies across the organization. The CFO will oversee all compliance and
  • requirements for government (federal and state) contracts and private grants.
