Responsibilities:

  • Execution of key financial procedures (e.g. bookkeeping, asset management)
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the company's financial statements in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and corporate policy. Develop and recommend plans for information technology and work processes that achieve the productivity enhancement objectives of the company. Manage the tax and audit activities of the company and coordinates with the parent company.
  • Responsible for the final compilation of budgets, the financial and administrative portions of the strategic plans and monitoring the company's performance against those plans.
  • Ensure Corporate Governance (Corporate Policy, Local Policy, Export Control, Information Security) and that the business has proper internal controls in place to be compliant.
  • Responsible for the risk management of the business.
  • Responsible for the financing, currency and cash management of the business, monitor cash flow and institute measures to ensure the company's ability to honor debt obligations.
  • Establish and maintain banking relationships if necessary.
  • Provide effective analysis of data in such a manner that contributes to the effective management of the company.
  • Staffing functions with qualified and highly motivated people.
  • Developing staff through coaching and performance evaluation according to company practice.
  • Effectively managing and safeguarding corporate assets under the CFO's responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit strategic plan, operational plans and budgets.
  • As a senior manager, exhibit strong leadership in regards to personnel development, motivation and spirit.
  • Work closely with PE firm on financial indicators and projects as required.
  • CFO page 2 of 2 Accomplish corporate reporting requirements (e.g. monthly, weekly, capital expenditure, forecast)
  • Manage overall Human Resource related topics including, but not limited to medical benefits, 401K, and related topics

  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MBA or CPA Preferred 5 years public accounting or equivalent industry experience
  • Practical knowledge of cost accounting in an industrial manufacturing or Chemical Processing business highly desired
  • Experience working with a Private Equity BOD highly desired 3-5 years supervisory experience

  • line relationship with the Board of Directors and the Private Equity CFO.
