— Daily responsibilities include supervising, purchasing, marketing, sales, inventory, service and maintenance.
— This Energy Manager will also be responsible for hiring new employees and discharging employees, delegating instructions throughout the workplace, planning training meetings, providing new product knowledge and developing the annual marketing plan.
— In addition, this Manager will be in charge of developing a major annual open house sale and at least one minor sale each year.
— -5 years of Agronomy or Ag-related Experience
— -Experience Hedging Fuel or Other Energy Products
— -Proven Leadership Skills
— -Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
— -Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percents and volumes
— -Ability to set and accomplish tasks in timely matter
— -Valid CDL and propane cylinder filling certificate
— -Detailed Oriented a MUST
— -Desire to reside in a rural Midwestern area
