Responsibilities:

  • * Develop a recruiting strategy that continually builds a consultant talent community
  • * Maintain consultant talent community based on skill sets determined by local market leaders
  • * Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates
  • * Screen resumes ensuring potential consultants for future engagements are entered into in-house system
  • * Assist with documenting consultant profiles, references, and selecting consultants for open engagements
  • * Responsible for the development and placement of ads for open positions and monitoring job boards
  • * Participate in events for consultant and client development, such as job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
  • * Manage consultants with regular communication to maximize utilization time

Requirements:

  • * Five+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting
  • * Bachelor's degree preferred
  • * Demonstrates a constant drive to network with new people and develop additional relationships to ensure a robust talent community
  • * Ability and willingness to attend networking and client events
  • * Technically proficient with all forms of online recruiting and sourcing techniques, including social media and ATS
  • * Strong work ethic that is consistently exhibited in attitude and personal drive
  • * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • * Demonstrated enthusiasm for building a business, with a sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles
  • * Creative, with business savvy and the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions and client demand
  • * Must be a team player, who thrives in an entrepreneurial growth environment
  • * Strong interpersonal/communication skills required
  • * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complex issues verbally and in writing with consultants
  • * Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills required
  • * Relentless attention to detail coupled with successful time management and prioritization skills
  • * Expertise with key Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • * Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organization skills
