— Partner, consult and contribute to site decisions and strategy and translate these strategies into tangible HR priorities and actions.

— Refining Catalysts and catalyst manufacturing sites when applicable to drive implementation of long-term initiatives such as, Workforce Planning, OneHR and OpEx Culture and Talent Management Initiatives Upon direction and guidance from the HRBP for Refining Catalysts Manufacturing, provide support and leadership for Refining Catalysts Manufacturing director as well as sister Refining Catalysts manufacturing sites at Attapulgus and Midga.
— Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree is required plus 4 years of progressive professional experience in human resources or a Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree plus 2 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources. Candidates with professional human resource certification (PHR/SPHR) are preferred. Candidates with an MBA or Masters degree are preferred. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws including EEOC is required. Experience providing HR support in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable Candidates with experience in employee relations is a must; labor relations experience is desirable. Working knowledge and experience with LEAN or similar data driven process improvement methodologies with the ability to facilitate and/or lead project teams to successful implementation preferred.
