— ·Understanding of the fundamentals of friction and wear processes of metallic, ceramic, and polymeric materials
— ·Familiarity with testing equipment and techniques to evaluate friction and wear behavior of candidate materials and coatings
— ·Processing of materials related to how that processing affects their friction properties
— ·Experience with failure analysis and metallurgical testing techniques using destructive and non-destructive test methods including SEM, EDS, Optical Microscopy
— ·Strong knowledge of flexible strand (multi wire drawing machine and bunching) as well as experience with electroplating tinning line.
