— As Recruitment & HR Officer you will join a small newly created internal recruitment team.
— While your responsibilities will include recruitment as part of your development you will also take on some HR Officer responsibilities.

— You will also develop strong relationships with Business Managers and HR Partners, working closely to identify and understand expectations, objectives and successfully achieve desired outcomes.
— HR degree qualification 1 to 2 years recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
— Some experience in HR administration or similar
— Operationally strong, with the ability to think strategically
— Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and gain buy-in
