— Primary responsibility will be to work directly with Ag growers to help them reduce their fertilizer budget by utilizing their efficient product line along with their traditional fertilizer program.
— This product line works to increase an Ag growers yield while also improving their soil condition.
— This individual will be taking soil and tissue samples and will work with the Ag grower throughout the year to collect and consolidate their yield data. This individual does not need to be an Agronomist.
— - Agronomy or Horticultural degree beneficial but not required
— - Ag or Farming background a MUST
— - MUST HAVE 3-5 years of Ag Sales experience calling on area Ag growers selling seed, fertilizer, micro-nutrients, soil conditioners or soil restoration products
— - Good knowledge of agronomic inputs and established Ag Grower business relationships a MUST
— - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and computer proficiency
— - Clean driving record
— - Employer will consider hiring an individual already selling another Ag-related product to sell in conjunction with their product line
— This is a progressive Ag Retailer with excellent benefits including 100% of health insurance paid for by Employer for Employee. Employer has 100% commissioned Sales Representatives making between $75,000-$100,000 and higher.
